Human Resources Manager
Wadsworth, Ohio Manufacturing Company is seeking a Human Resources Manager. This individual will work at the corporate level over 3 plants in 3 states. They will be responsible for corporate employment practices, compliance, benefits, training, Workers’ Compensation, unemployment and safety. The position reports to the CFO and requires occasional travel to Georgia & Illinois. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years experience in the field. The company uses Microsoft Dynamics GP for Human Resources. Looking for an individual who uses extensive experience & judgment to design, plan, implement, and manage programs & policies.
